Trailer Callback – August 23rd

On August 23rd, we got our first look at SPIDER-MAN: NO WAY HOME. Now it’s time for us to look at how the have numbers changed since that trailer dropped.

Let’s just cut to the chase. This trailer was a huge success. Before the trailer, awareness for SPIDER-MAN was at 42. Three other films had awareness near 42 prior to their trailers: JUNGLE CRUISE was at 41, and VENOM: LET THERE BE CARNAGE was at 40.

As you can see below, 10 days later, JUNGLE added three points while VENOM added two. Meanwhile, awareness for SPIDER-MAN now sits at 55, up a whopping 13 points.

Today, SPIDER-MAN has the highest awareness of all upcoming releases being tracked by The Quorum. And it’s not even close. It is one of only two films with awareness above 50.

SPIDER-MAN also has the highest interest score of all films we’re tracking. We consider an interest score above 5.5 to be great. Anything above 6.0 is outstanding.

You should probably get used to seeing SPIDER-MAN in the #1 spot. It is hard to imagine another film displacing it until it hits theaters in mid-December.
